Day 19 - Charity

Hi, I always insisted on the opening of the children bank account. How I was doing that? Issuing a cheque on the child name so the parents would compel to open a bank account if they want to encash it. But I will stop this practise from today onwards because of the following reasons. 1.  Many parents didn't like this as it is insulting to them. 2. Parents think that it is show business 3. Parents know when to open their child account Cheers!

Day 18 - Stock Investment

Hi, Always stick to your stock purchase for 1 to 3 years. It will help us to understand the company business approach and you can think of switching to the different stock if required. Cheers!

Day 17 - Let it go

Hi, Today I came to know about http://projectfuel.in/ which shares life lessons learned by different people. I was reading about people regrets who are about to die in a week or two time ( http://blog.projectfuel.in/2016/05/15/12-life-lessons-from-a-man-who-has-seen-12000-deaths/). The people want to resolve their conflicts before they gonna die. Cheers!

Day 16 - Payment of Bills

Hi, I have come up with payment of bills strategy so that I don't know need to remember each individual bills date and their payment due dates. I pay my utility bills only on two days in a month. For e.g. 10th and 25th of every month. This helps to forget each utility bills or credit card payment due date individually. Cheers!

Day 15 - Stock Investment 1

Hi, I was reading about value investing in the stocks. I came across various articles on the same and found that some people buy stocks and never sell them. Well, I am going to try with one stock in my portfolio for my daughter. Cheers!

Day - 14 Dieting

Hi , I was reading the blogs of James clear ( https://jamesclear.com/). I read about the dieting on the same.  We can achieve dieting by unconventional following two methods Make your plate size smaller from your usual one. The less food will be on your plate and you will eat less. Make your plate colour with high contrast like red instead of white or cream colour. It will stimulate your mind to eat less and give feelings of full stomach earlier than usual. Cheers!

Day 12 - Refreshing old memories

Hi, Every week if you go through your old memories which you cherish make you feel very good. It gives the sense of achieving/ fulfil/ contentment something in life. Go through these memories in the early morning. Cheers!

Day 11 - Tax Saving investment

Hi, Today I was giving tax saving investment proof to my company against the tax declaration. I realised that we should invest all the tax saving before September month of the year. Systematic Investment Plan ( SIP) are exceptions in this case. You will have 6 months in your hand to invest for tax saving  The advantages are as follow Plan in 6 months all the tax saving investment. By September you have all the investment proof to declare to your company. Some companies ask the proof by December Last 3 months i.e. Jan - Mar you will have more cash on hand   Cheers!

Day 10 - Saving your documents in folders

Hi, I was not able to find my document which I had referred four months ago. This is because I didn't save it. Always save your documents in folders so that you can find it later. The folder name should be project on which you are working currently.  Save all the related links and document which you can use it later. Cheers!

Day 9 - Proof reading email

Hi, Below methods you can apply for proof reading email before sending it. 1. Read your work backward. ( The last sentence first and go on. Did it make sense?) 2.  Look for one type of error at one time ( first - Sentence structures, second - verbs , third - spelling and fourth - punctuation 3. Take some time off the screen ( come to the email after 2 minutes) 4. Check the figures, facts and name of the people Hope this helps. Cheers!

Day 8 - Stock Investment

Hi , If you want to invest in the stock market and make some profit. Then you can follow few rules. They are as below Always invest 20% of capital in one stock at any point of the time Always have 5 stocks in your portfolio Invest 5 to 10 % in any penny stock and it should be only 1 stock Take out the capital once it gives you 100% profit and keep it for your next generation or follow step 5. Take out the profit again at 300%, 500 % and 1000%.  The stock selection should be done carefully. If you know about product of the company, then I suggest to invest otherwise refrain yourself. Day 7 - Meditation for body scan

Hi, As a part of my meditation training, today I  have learned about body scan meditation. In this practice, you have to close your eyes and feel your body parts. The sequence should be in below order. Toes Feet Legs below knees Thigh , Lower back and bums  Back, Belly upto   neck Arms (lower arms and upper arms area), Fingers Neck , Chin, Temples, Front head and Back head You need feel each of above your body parts for 3 seconds only.  Cheers!

Hi, If you are using Thunderbird as your email client, then you would require a tool which reminds you of your important task. I suggest to use Reminder Fox . (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/reminderfox/) It has clean and easy operating interface. You can set your task list and reminders based on the calendar date. Also, you can use the calendar, Lightning (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/lightning/?src=search) to view received calendar invite meetings. Cheers

Day 5 - Book Summary

Hi, Book Name:  How to eliminate negative thoughts and emotions using one simple and powerful technique Author: Beau Norton Summary: By asking the following three questions you can let go your negative thoughts and emotions. Q1. Could I let this feeling go if I wanted to? Q2. Would I let it go? Q3. When The Q1 emphasis you have control over your negative thoughts and emotions. The Q2 emphasis that you have a choice to say Yes. The Q3 emphasis that you can let the feeling go NOW. You would need practice to the above questions and I am sure that you will feel relaxed. Once you will be used to above set of questions then you will not be irritated, frustrated and feel helpless with your negative thoughts and emotions. Cheer!

Day 5 - Drinking Water

Hi, You should drink one/two glass of water once you get up from the bed in the morning. It helps to activate all the organs in your body. If you drink warm water then it helps in cleaning your stomach. Cheers!

Day 4 - Dry Skin

Hi, If you have dry skin, then you can use the following method to keep moisture in the dry season. After taking bath from the soap or bathing gel, apply mustard oil on your body. Yes, I know some will not like its odour but it is the best solution. Maybe you apply deodorant or perfume so the mustard oil smell can be not prominent. Cheers  

Day 3 - Meditation

Hi, Meditation helps your mind in focus one thing at a time. Our mind wonders with many thought during the meditation period but it is ok. There will be many feelings during the meditation but don't get disturbed by it. Just Acknowledge them. Methods of the meditation is as follows 1.  Sit any place comfortably where you will not get disturbed for 10 minutes. 2. Your sitting posture should be head upheld, chest in the front with shoulders slight backwards. The posture should be comforted and lose. 3.  Counting on your breathe with 2 minutes timers. Cheers!

Day 2 - Daily Morning Rituals

Hi, I am planning on the following daily morning rituals to make myself better 1.  Meditation ( 2 minutes only) 2.  Read a self-help book ( 20 minutes ) 3.  Exercise or walking ( 20 minutes ) 4.  Write this blog ( 20 minutes ) 5.   Read about stock investments Cheers!

Day 2 - Four Contemplations

Hi, You are taking this life for granted. But we need to think the following four contemplations each day. 1. The preciousness of life. 2. The briefness of life. 3. The inevitability of suffering. 4.  The awesome power of our actions.
