Day 7 - Meditation for body scan

As a part of my meditation training, today I have learned about body scan meditation. In this practice, you have to close your eyes and feel your body parts. The sequence should be in below order.
As a part of my meditation training, today I have learned about body scan meditation. In this practice, you have to close your eyes and feel your body parts. The sequence should be in below order.
- Toes
- Feet
- Legs below knees
- Thigh , Lower back and bums
- Back, Belly upto neck
- Arms (lower arms and upper arms area), Fingers
- Neck , Chin, Temples, Front head and Back head
You need feel each of above your body parts for 3 seconds only.
