Day 7 - Meditation for body scan

Hi,

As a part of my meditation training, today I  have learned about body scan meditation. In this practice, you have to close your eyes and feel your body parts. The sequence should be in below order.


  1. Toes
  2. Feet
  3. Legs below knees
  4. Thigh , Lower back and bums 
  5. Back, Belly upto  neck
  6. Arms (lower arms and upper arms area), Fingers
  7. Neck , Chin, Temples, Front head and Back head

You need feel each of above your body parts for 3 seconds only.
