Q1. Could I let this feeling go if I wanted to?

Q2. Would I let it go?

Q3. When


The Q1 emphasis you have control over your negative thoughts and emotions. The Q2 emphasis that you have a choice to say Yes. The Q3 emphasis that you can let the feeling go NOW.

You would need practice to the above questions and I am sure that you will feel relaxed. Once you will be used to above set of questions then you will not be irritated, frustrated and feel helpless with your negative thoughts and emotions.
