Today I was discussing with my colleague what things are necessary apart from the  his children education. I have come to three things which are need of the hour. They are as below


  1. Confidence
  2. Personality Development
  3. Salesmanship

Hi, I have come up with payment of bills strategy so that I don't know need to remember each individual bills date and their payment due dates. I pay my utility bills only on two days in a month. For e.g. 10th and 25th of every month. This helps to forget each utility bills or credit card payment due date individually. Cheers!

Q1. Could I let this feeling go if I wanted to? Q2. Would I let it go? Q3. When The Q1 emphasis you have control over your negative thoughts and emotions. The Q2 emphasis that you have a choice to say Yes. The Q3 emphasis that you can let the feeling go NOW. You would need practice to the above questions and I am sure that you will feel relaxed. Once you will be used to above set of questions then you will not be irritated, frustrated and feel helpless with your negative thoughts and emotions. Cheer!
